Marounia, the magazine of the Maronite Eparchy in Australia, in its May issue describes Harris Park in Sydney as the largest of the Maronite parishes in Australia.

It has an estimated membership of 30,000 parishioners spread over 50 suburbs in the Parramatta area.

The proposed church will be a circular construction, funnel-shaped and rising towards a central crown on which there is to be placed a statue of Mary.
